Visual Processing Unit Video

We created this video to run on a trade show monitor for the John Deere Innovative Solutions Group to showcase a potential use case for OEMs who might benefit from working the JD visual processing unit into the engineering of their equipment.

Below the finished video are both a moodboard and the storyboard sketches I created to sell in our approach.

John Deere Power Systems - Marine Engine Launch

Helping promote the first marine engine launch in 9 years for John Deere, our creative team took trips to Florida, North Carolina, New York, and Rhode Island to talk with existing John Deere marine customers. Some of the hardest working folks around, we heard firsthand why they love John Deere marine engines and were excited for the new models.

We created a launch video, took photography to document our journey, and sent out a digital media kit to promote the new engines to both distributors and industry media contacts.

John Deere Power Systems - Power Lunch Food Truck Tour

With corporate COVID-19 restrictions eliminating trade show activity for 2021, John Deere Power Systems needed to find a new way to connect with their OEM customers. The solution? Put a new spin on the traditional “POWER LUNCH” by taking their engine power story on the road via custom-designed food truck. The campaign was such a success, hitting customer stops from Charleston, SC; Waco, TX; Sioux Falls, SD; and up into Canada, that it spawned 2 additional tours — one along the west coast and another in Italy!

Perhaps never have tacos (or bombettes, in Italy) spread so much goodwill.

John Deere Power Systems - Kreisel Announcement Video

This video helped create excitement at Bauma 2022 as John Deere announced that it had purchased a controlling interest in Kreisel Electric, an Austrian battery manufacturer, in an effort to accelerate their foray into alternative power solutions for their off-highway equipment customers.

Vanguard Commercial Engines

In 2019, Vanguard Commerical Engines needed to fold it’s new rechargeable battery offerings into its existing lineup of power solutions. In response, we developed a campaign that leveraged Vanguard as the power experts, no matter the source.

Our “MAKE A POWER STATEMENT” campaign, has been running strong for 3 years and gives us the flexibility to talk about any power source, be it engine, battery, or both. The campaign is ongoing and plays out in a variety of tactics — video, social, and print.
